To a lot of people, Halloween is the greatest holiday of them all. Cardinal Pizza will be
celebrating all October with some scary good food and weirdly wonderful spirits. Here
are some of the local festivities leading up to All Hallows Eve.

What are you dressing up as this year? Should we go as pizza makers? What is your favorite Westerville Halloween memory? Be sure to share it with us!

Fourth Friday
Every fourth Friday Westerville closes down State Street and invites the community to
historic Uptown Westerville for the Fourth Friday festivals.
Gather to enjoy a summer concert series at City Hall, catch the roving entertainment,
and visit the food trucks, pop-up vendors, and your favorite Uptown Westerville
restaurants and retail shopping. Adults can take advantage of Uptown’s Designated
Outdoor Refreshment Area, and stroll about with adult beverages sold by several
Uptown establishments.

Being a special Friday, Pearlescent Portraits at 43 East College Avenue for a
professional portrait in your Halloween costume. Dress up the whole family. There’s no
cost, no fee, and no appointment needed. They will edit your best image and post on
social media so you can download it for free.
