What better feeling than to have a free Sunday, chill with a bit of lunch and a bit of breakfast? Of course, add in a mimosa, bloody Mary or one of our craft beers and that makes a perfect Cardinal Pizza Brunch. Yummy! We Cardinals are laying out a Sunday brunch this summer that will have you celebrating your Sundays.

Here’s what we are offering for Cardinal Pizza Brunch!

Sausage Gravy Pizza: Take a biscuit crust, slather on sausage gravy and Colby jack cheese, then top it off with a fried egg. This is ten inches of sheer joy.
Breakfast Pizza: Our fabulous New York style crust loaded with egg, cheese, sausage, bell pepper and our special sauce.
Frittata: Three eggs, green pepper, tomato, cheese baked in a fun Italian classic.
Fresh Egg Biscuit Sandwich: Lettuce, tomato, bibb lettuce, Sriracha brown sugar mayo, fried egg, and then pick a sausage patty or thick cut bacon on a homemade biscuit.
We are also rolling out two tempting types of French toast:
Classic: Three slices of Texas Toast, dipped in our homemade batter, grilled perfectly.
Cardinal French: Three slices of Texas Toast, dipped in our Roasted Sweet Potato
batter, topped with raisins.
And if you want to go old school – get eggs any way you like and add thick cut bacon, sausage patty, roasted red potatoes, toast or a biscuit.
